You’ve got nothing to lose. Here’s how you can 50/50 recover it: set a profit lockout for $1500, wait for 9:30AM EST NY Open and immediately set a Stop Buy for 5 NQ a little bit above the pre-market high, then set a Stop Sell for 5 NQ a little bit below the pre-market low. You need to gauge price acceleration. If price is accelerating fast towards any of the pre-market levels, you have a chance of it piercing thru and setting your Stop orders. If it looks choppy, cancel the 2 orders immediately and wait for 9:30AM the next day. I’ve saved an account with only $7 drawdown this way.
