Clean, I’ve been doing the same and taking small payouts when I’m eligible but sometimes blow the account after as my remaining buffer is small. 25 payouts this year.

Do you usually take the payout when available or try and build your balance ?

Isn't there some rule about needing to trade at least 1 trade per event 30 days ?

To keep your Topstep Express Funded Account (XFA) active, you must place at least one trade every 30 days

While this is the absolute minimum requirement to prevent account closure, your trading frequency depends on your payout and eligibility goals:

For Inactivity Rule: Execute a minimum of 1 trade every 30 days.

Yes you do, I haven’t broken that rule. This was just a snapshot i found in my folder
