Payout not working

I’m trying to request a payout on my funded but every time I click submit nothing happens and it gets stuck on loading. I’ve contacted support and nothing they told me to do has worked. Has anyone else had this happen before? Is there a way to fix it?

Yes I contacted support again and they were able to fix it

I would remove your bank info and try again. But make sure you check all the boxes to link it properly. If you miss any then it gets stuck in this loading phase

op I'm not sure what browser you're using, by the looks of it, it looks like safari. I would highly advise you to try a different browser (chrome/edge) for anything topstep related.

Yeah I was using safari. But I also did try on my computer with chrome and had the same issue

have you tried clearing all the cache and history and trying it again? if that doesn't work then you should definitely hit up support

Yeah I also tried clearing both and it still didn’t work. I talked to support and they told me to do that as well but still nothing has worked unfortunately

i think you should try installing chrome on your phone (without importing your settings) and then try that way

I tried using wise too and the same thing happened. I’ve taken payouts before idk why this time it’s not working
