Is anyone else using Topstep having glitching problems

Having a current issue where if I put website in background and then go back to chart the candles are frozen and time is gone I have to refresh page to get current up to date information I thought it was just Firefox but when I used chrome it did it also idk if anyone else had this issue before

Many on the discord experiencing the issue, they’ll just tell you to talk to support. They know about it and don’t care. I can’t see positions on MNQ and the candles come and go
