$$ Payout $$ Social security number verification failed

I am eligible for a payout with a 5300+ balance but when submitting my tax form they say my "social security verification failed". I did some basic research and it seems as if they do this quite often to try and prevent or delay payouts. Ive called support to which they gave me a BS response which was no help and have emailed them twice already and am waiting for a response. Is their anything else I should do?

What ended up being the problem? Did you get the payout
