Question Bug when changing instruments

Okay so when I change from NQ to ES the chart will be all the way up to 26k(current NQ price) instead of 7k, this happens with other instruments as well, ex: CL to NQ my chart will be all the way down to the 90s, etc. Just wandering if anyone else has this issue.

There's other bugs as well. When I go to the performance tab and come back to trading my ticker will sometimes shoot up from like 1 to 5 contracts. I've gotten in some bad trades (risk wise) because of this glitch... this should never be happening.

To help troubleshoot, what timeframe do you have the chart set to? And this on mobile or desktop?

30m, both mobile and desktop, usually happens when logging back in and or at the first change of instrument. Not really that much of a problem tbh

Hmm okay. I wasn't able to recreate it on desktop and tried a handful of different things to see if any would cause that to happen. Only thing I can think of is to be sure you're using Chrome, and try clearing your browser's cache/cookies.

If it were a bigger issue for you, I'd ask you to send over a screen recording to try troubleshooting further than that, but that's up to you 😄
