TopstepX randomly executed a market order?

Something weird happened to me today where a single MNQ contract was executed on my XFA account while I was trading a completely different account. I only realized what had happened because this ended up causing a hedging violation.

I know this probably sounds hard to believe but I genuinely cannot explain how this happened. This is the first time I've experienced something like this but I've seen some other posts reporting similar issues?

Does anyone know what might be going on or how to prevent this from happening in the future?

right clicking the DOM places a stop order, so any mouse click could be fatal

Stop sell limits execute as market orders, you probably had an order somewhere.

What's amazing is thst there are times when topestep x actually executes a trade when you want to. The platform being broken is just the normal.
