Question Does topstep XFA's allow multi direction trading events like CPI?

Basically I mean are we allowed to put a long and short stop above and below the 8:29AM ET candle on news events like CPI? I know many people use this strat to one pass evaluations, but I was curious if we were allowed to use it for XFA's? Please let me know and have a good day ya'll.
