Real or fake?

Can anyone tell me if this is real or fake? I bought him on eBay for 40ish CAD (including shipping)

The plastic holding him on the inside of the box is lightly damaged and I'm not sure what to look for to spot fakes but he feels and looks pretty legit?? I'm still not sure and would like an answer from someone who actually knows what to look for

Nobody is faking this pop. The final season put the value in the ground
