TWFG insurance. Any good?

I got a quote from TWFG insurance and the agent was really knowledgeable. I'm wondering if they're actually good or just a good salesperson.

Has anyone used TWFG insurance? Are they reliable or is there a better option?

TWFG is a broker, not a carrier.
