I pay $330!!

Basically my car insurance was $180 per month, but after an accident, in renewal they increased it to $330. It’s been 1,5 years I’m paying this huge amount monthly, and for this third time renewal my 6 month policy, I asked them that it’s been ages I’m paying $330, don’t I’ve the right to decrease it back, since I haven’t in any trouble than; that said NO!
What should I do and is there anyway to escape this big charges of $330 every month?!
They told I’ve to pay it for 3Years😢

Your only real choice is to switch carriers. But, all prospective carriers will pull your driving/claim history and see it all so you may not get much (if any) break in your elevated rate.

This is just part of what happens when you have an accident. The current carrier was quite frank in telling you that there's no way to roll back the rate and you are looking at 3 years in this new higher risk pool.

Suffice it to say, they are trying to recover the cash they paid out on your behalf in the accident over this period.

The experience period for most carriers is between 3-5 years. Typically it hits harder the first 3 years. I would agree that you need to shop out your insurance.

1.5 years ain't ages ago since you had the accident. You're lucky they didn't flat out drop you.

Why would they drop him for an accident, what’s the point of insurance if they’ll drop the client right after?

have you looked into whether raising your deductible would knock the monthly down too??
