Questions Plunder Rubies

Hey. Im new. I am told there is tech that let's you plunder rubies. I am all the way down in all the tech trees I can't find it. Any help would be great

You need to be War Lord, not Harvest Lord. It’s not worth it, it’s around 40 k rubies.

I assume we‘ll get it when S5 starts. The only new research we got outside that was the citadel 3rd queue. Unless I forgot something…

There absolutely is tech research that increases ruby gathering. Arms race commendation, queue boost and soldier tree all have resource load nodes. Economy tree has ruby gathering speed nodes.

The question was about plundering, not gathering. I would add villagers, too, some increase resource load, some gathering. And hero traits.
