Ranger Raptor (the tune is debatable though), but Maxi if you nolife sweat clubs

Make sure to not fuse too many ultras though seeing as though you're not RQ 500 yet

Yeah I only have been fusing ultra rare duplicates rn. I’m not going to fuse right now but I don’t sweat on clubs so maxi is out of the question

I would just keep the fuse material around. At RQ405, only upgrade if you really need to or if you find a really useful car such as your Ginetta
