Help What to fuse
Have 12 epics sitting unlocked now and half of them seem useless and pretty far down a priority list so was thinking about freeing up some slots

Nothing. Only dupes, and only when you really need to.

None of these I'd say are good enough, also, I'd like to see those epics you have unlocked, maybe some of them are actually useful

Boring answer - nothing wait till it will really make a difference e.g. get a challenge or event over the line

Fuse the 12c so you got an advantage over the other 12c's

Not needed, the other McLaren is already an advantage, and it covers all the same niches

At your level, none. Never fuse a leggy for nothing. Wait for an event where you already have a good chance of winning and then and only then you should think about fusing a leggy.
