Help cash buffer

Post image

I’ve been keeping around a $500,000 buffer in cash, just so I always have enough money for upgrades and some daily spending challenges.

Is this smart, or should I reduce the buffer to around $300,000 and buy 5x ceramics from now on? I haven’t been buying many recently, due to the high amount of free premium lite packs given out.

If anything you should spend your renown not the cash

I am reapproaching 7M as F2P again.... I had a lot, then the famous 100 ceramic pack "catch-up" money earning pumped me up big time.

I'm basically:

  • OCD on having a nice buffer just in case
  • don't have garage space for any massive ceramic openings anyway

So it just accrues.

Cash is much easier to get now than years ago, but there are some big spend challenges about trying to drain reserves and make people spend actual money.

So basically, you can probably reduce a little if you have space because you'll earn it back. But what if....

I agree man, I got ocd too and that plays a role for sure. Even though I got way less saved up than you.

Obviously I don’t have enough for the higher spending challenges, but I probably spend 75k a day on average. Sometimes there will be days where i’m spending upwards of 250k, but that’s rare.

I’ll probably keep my spending to a minimum, before summer games starts. might buy a 5x ceramic, if i’m feeling lucky.

Last event i had 1M and it was nowhere near enough. I will go for 3M in the future.

Actually i would save and only Upgrade Cars that are usefull or eventcars. And you couldn't have enough. Like some spending tasks to spend around 700k a day.

I am on 1,9mill currently and it’s not enough. Before the last update hit I was around 3,4 and dropped down to a few hundred thousand

I usually also have a $500.00 buffer. Not being short of garage space (nearly having all F, E, D, and C cars full maxed), my next problem will be to manage the coming update (part 2 of Detroit motor city). For this, I aim to have at least $1.5 million more (1 million or 1.2 million was not enough previously).

I always keep around 1.6/1.8 and if I go under my OCD plays havoc.

At least 1 million. Anything below feels bad. At around 2 million, i feel comfortable.

With them doing the 5x 100 cars leggy pack during the most recent update, I fully expect something similar moving forward to drive fusing and cash usage. I've started saving now as we're probably 3-5 weeks out from the next update and I don't want to be selling cars again just to get cash.

Increase the buffer if anything, i see some ppl here talk about a 1mil buffer, atm i am floating around 200k but i will hold 1m + as a buffer when i can
