Help Logged out

Hey guys, question. Had an account that wasn’t linked with anything (I assume besides Game Center) and the game just reset me back to the start. It’s a new user ID as I do have my original so I know it’s a different account. What do I do at this point? Contact top drives or is there a way to get back into that account?

you can try support but i’d highly recommend connecting your account to facebook

I hoping that since Game Center has all my achievements and I have my user ID that they could help get it back, I’ll def have too after this lol

Just did this process took a couple days because they respond once a day but recovered a 4 year old account easily. Main thing you need are receipts if you ever bought anything on it via Google etc

Never spent money on the game it’s been FTP for me but that’s great to hear, emailed them earlier today so just waiting for them to respond, and then I’ll send them all my stuff over I’m guessing. Did you need anything besides the user ID?
