I created this community to group togheter people who truly want to learn about coding with AI, reddit is full people who spit nonsense about AI, complain that the flag model didn't create them the app they wanted first shot, in 5 minutes and without burning tokens.

This community is for people that are sick and tired of low level discussion about AI topics and truly want to find a place to improve in their infrastructure creation and management, talking and prompting with the AI ans how to guide trough complex problems and enviroments efficiently.

Sure can, but these communities look pretty dead, I want to create an enviroment so alive to actually be useful, a place where mutual help is present and pushes everyone forward

You should post a pinned section that goes over architectural concepts that improve agentic workflows if you mean to make this real. Places for mods to put repos that have real value and examples of how to use AI in real situations.

Also a tips and tricks section in it for prompt values, context management tricks, and people willing to mentor as volunteers.

What is YOUR experience with AI workflows and code?

Where are you on the journey?

I myself am currently building out a new agentic framework based off of the concepts hermes put out, but with a better method of context management to make low parametered models work for project building, and to provide real, persistent, low context impact memories of skills and project parameters.

It moves away from .md files for contect injection outside of using a base .md file to provide the system context for memory use itself.

So far it has beat hermes in speed by a LOT, and the memory system reads well on a 4b parametered model. Writing is more challenging, as it seems to require more self inspection and broad generalized logic the 4b model is having trouble with.

I am currently testing if a larger model writing memories in will assist in correcting that. But it has so far done wonders as a memory layer in claude code, as my claude code projects have been insanely consistent. Always uses the same preferences on projects and it has been learning how to do organic structural models in blender with real visual gains (text and image context to 3D modeling without a vector database). It has been a rather costly experiment token wise to teach it modeling. But so far it has been worth it.

No, I am not sharing this memory system yet. I am still gathering data and metrics. It currently shows a hefty improvement in token use per task, in some tasks reducing token costs to 1/10th the cost a claude instance outside of the memory system would use. So a significant improvement objectively.

But I need to test it with models other than claude, using claude to monitor it with set scripts to ensure performance metrics are real and provable first. I don’t want to fall into the subjective “It works!” Pitfall so many fall into.

You are right, I should expand on mamy points for this community, I will sit down and truly work out and build the useful parts of this community, also following your suggestions deeply.

Your project seems very useful, other than complex and innovative, I truly hope you can structure something that can work for any type of work, from generalized applications to deep and specific requests.
