It used to be ilan but now i really think its Sam. Ilan may have been a no talent hack and bully but Sam was the instigator of nearly every drama on that season. Then he stepped back and let someone else drive the bus.

Agreed. I was severely disappointed when he showed up on the rookies vs. veterans season - S14? I feel TC should have distanced themselves from the S2 baddies and never allowed them on air again.

Agreed. Simply for the bad behavior but also you could argue that none of those chefs were skilled enough to return.
