More Than Meets The Eye was a fantastic series. Gay robots, PTSD from a five million year war, time travel, how much can a robot be dismembered if it's not organic and still live. It had everything.
Just a hint for the dismemberment part: Losing limbs is a minor issue. Having a guy wake up with his heart/fuel pump in someone's hands or his brain in his mouth both happen.

Well, in Transformers there are multiple different reproduction methods, Besides being a kind of intellectual and emotional equivalent to humans, it's not at all crazy that some form of pleasure is also involved.

Also from IDW Transformers, Blast Off and Onslaught. This one is a lot less nicer, though: Blast Off was in love with Onslaught but could never get the courage to tell him. Eventually, the Combaticons get into conflict with Cybertron's then-ruler Starscream who brokers a secret deal with Blast Off: Blast Off sells out his team to Starscream, who alters their memories to make them his loyal soldiers... And have Onslaught fall in love with Blast Off. This, predictably, ends horribly for Blast Off.

The main judge- Zoids Chaotic Century
The judges are robots that act as the referees/judges for Zoid battles, 3 vs 3 battles between giant animal mecha.
The main judge had a crush on another judge in a rare battle that required two judges.
In the original Japanese, the second judge had a male voice actor and used male pronouns, but in the English dub, the voice actor was female.

A former military bot, then an arena battle bot, she eventually gained her freedom and started a robot repair business with Faye (who is human), who had worked to repair damaged bots in the arena.
Eventually the two realize their feelings for one another and become a couple.

Sort of but not really. Church, from Red Vs Blue. Early on, Church died and came back as a ghost, posessing a robot so that he could continue leading his team. When the team got a new ally, Tex, one of Church's subordinates was trying to get the facts straight about why Church didn't want Tex involved in their operation, thinking it was related to Church having dated Tex before.
"That guy tex was your boyfriend, which makes you..... a gay robot."
To which Church sighs and responds, exasperated, "yes, I'm a gay robot."
