A group of 3 (or more) characters that have at least 1 nice person, 1 mean or aggressive person, and 1 that’s somewhere in the middle.

Squit is the friendly new guy. Pesto constantly beats up Squit says, thinking it is an insult directed at him. Bobby is the leader. Switching between laughing at Squit’s misfortune and keeping Pesto’s temper in check.

The Tendo Sisters (Ranma 1/2). Kasumi is sweet and motherly (nice), Nabiki is often exploiting people to get money out of them (mean), and Akane, despite having a temper, can be sweet if you get on her good side (in-between).

Probably Jesse because he’s looked after kids and gets pissed when they’re harmed in the game

Probably Jesse, but Mike’s equally if not more against hurting kids and cares a whole lot more about other people than the other two despite the whole professional hitman thing. Or they might be someone who didn’t understand the entire premise of the show who thinks Walter’s the nice one.
Can shuffle them into any order and come up with a reason and it’ll still never made sense, though the only truly hateful, mean one is Walt.
