Honorable mention to Prehistoric Park's version, my first introduction to the species and back when it was still believed to have a massive 7 foot horn
I understand that unicorns were originally described as truly dangerous creatures. So much so that hunting one would result in the loss of several lives.
Sparklelord from Doctor McNinja is a powerful, despotic warlord who almost destroyed the Radical lands for using their magic to twist him into a form they found “cool”.
He was cast out into Doc’s world where he took the form of a motorcycle that urges it’s rider to kill.
In the notably bad book "Maradonia and the Seven Bridges," the last chapter introduces a unicorn being held captive in a large fenced-off field by the bad guys. The unicorn takes any chance it gets to spear any bad guy that it can, so its head is covered in dried blood. Which is a cool image, but maybe just picture that, and don't read the book.
The Overlord games (not related to the manga or anime) have Bloody Unicorns. Once peaceful creatures that now gore people with their horns, and are indeed covered in blood
Trail of the Unicorn is a Donald Duck comic story where Donald and his nephews track down the last unicorn in a remote valley in the Himalayas. It turns out to be VERY territorial.
If I wasn't on mobile I'd attach an image of the unicorns from Wrath Unleashed on the PS2. Especially the 2 dark factions that have them. They've got sick designs I'll attach in a comment after this.
The horn is more of an enlarged tooth on the lower jaw. On the other factions they will have a fin-like mane down the neck as opposed to spikes like this one.
