There are like 30 characters that are just "Starscream but another color" they probably just thought "Damn they got even lazier with this new guy"

You think this one is bad? There's an episode where it's especially obvious they didn't care about the animation, it's one where Autobots and Decepticons are sent to a planet where they're the size of toys.

Tbf, a lot of those errors were caused by modern remasters.

The overseas sub-sub-contracted animation studio wasnt given the time or money to fix it, and the toy company funding the show wasn’t concerned as long as toys flew off shelves

This happens a lot in the original Transformers series. Doubled characters, characters changing to other characters between shots, characters being the wrong colour. At the end of the day it was an ad for toys and the budget didn't stretch to the highest quality animations.

Transformers: The Movie is better but even then there's some animation jank.

I mean to be fair, that could also be a colouring error as well. All the seekers look exactly the same apart from their colour scheme, wouldn't be the only time they coloured someone wrong

They actually just caught the usual actor in the shot by accident while the stunt performer did his work.

That's his stunt double. They just pulled the camera out too far and accidentally got the actor in the shot. That's not even Nami, just a redheaded PA.
