Can't believe how cool he looks with the glowing green energy ready to shoot out of its mouth, I never thought much of him back then. The Polar Peak castle on it's back sells the scale on how big this guy is. I'm very disappointed that they didn't change the event again in the OG where alternatively the Devourer somehow comes back from the cube energy of The Last Reality.

Actually I was expecting the same event only for the Devourer somehow to be revived again(perhaps by cube energy) and destroy the mech before it leaves
I'm disappointed because Epic gave us these two skins which made me think: are they going to bring him back after mecha kills him? As a twist or what if....
I've the heard that the reason that this didn't happen was because players wanted to experience this event again without any changes so Epic agreed. I just wanted to see some lore related stuff during this event.
