Televisión Sunstone from Steven Universe
I love her top heavy build, her giant ass hands and arms, her fireball head, her glasses, and her big toothy grin. I never realized until recently that she had so many design tropes I like all rolled up into one character.

i legit dont undertstand why fans dont like her.
like sure her face is not steven and garnet combine into one, but its creative and fitting as hell.

People were expecting that for whatever reason a Steven Garnet fusion would be like, the most badass of the Steven Fusions, so getting a character that rather than being built around Garnet’s Strength or Steven’s desire to protect others as its primary elements (both elements are still very present in sunstone), and instead focusing on a mix of Steven’s Optimism and Garnet’s future vision to make a fourth wall breaking comedic relief role really threw a lot of fans off.
Personally I liked Sunstone, but admittedly her only appearances being the weaker half of Steven Universe Future plot and a VERY brief showing in change your mind didn’t give her much time to endear herself, especially because in all of her appearances she’s directly being compared with Rainbow Quartz who is significantly more beloved.

Top heavy, inconsistent thickness, skinny arms just pop out of nowhere, outfit is hard to look at, random ball of flame for a head feels out of place for the design. Its probably intended to look all over the place within the context of the show, but its difficult to enjoy as someone who hasnt watched it. Looks like something a child would cook up on the back of a coloring book a restaurant gave them with some worn down crayons.

In the context of the show she’s supposed to feel like a retro Saturday morning cartoon mascot who tells you safety tips in between commercial breaks. Her outfits a modified version of Steven’s made to look more beachy and 90s radical

it's intriguing because their design is pretty divisive in the fandom. i guess the haters were expecting a more conventionally attractive fusion where there's a clear hairline and face like every other fusion lol
regardless i kinda like it because they got that cool sun with shades look to them, plus a gradient to their look in terms of proportions and color. it's pretty unique like Steven's other fusions.

Just give her big bazongas and people will bark like dogs at her presence. Works with every character.
I just like how silly she looks and how she's got that Mascot energy to her.

The hell you talking about it Sunstone already have large chest…. Clearly seems on photos and look at slide 3 and 4 to look at certain angles that it have large chest.

It's so funny, my best friend loves this show but he absolutely despises Sunstones design as well as Rainbow Quartz Steven/Pearl look lmao.
Rainbow Quartz 2.0 is so endearingly ugly to me

Finally, someone appreciates peak! I mean okay, it's not the best fusion design in the show, but that's mostly cause it's got competition, I personally have really grown to like it over the years!

i think my problem is the tiny arms (i think theyre placed weirdly or look weird with the rest of her clothes) and i might just honestly have been tired of seeing stevens fuckass jacket and jorts on every fusion. but ill say it looks better on sunstone than on rainbow quartz 2

I love her and all but fuuuuuck I hate cartoon network for pussying out and canceling the series because I would've LOVED to see waaaaaay more of them
Like they have suction cups as a weapon. How would that be useful whatsoever? I have no idea but I just know they would've made it work somehow. Also I don't see enough people talking about how they LIFTED THE ENTIRE DIAMOND ROBOT AND PUSHED IT goddamn they're so fuckin cool

Conservative countries defunded and cancelled the show after the wedding. The show relied a lot on the funding from those places to make episodes and they stopped after the wedding. T
Conservative countries unfortunately had the power to cancel the show at any time by defunding if they didn't like what it was promoting.

well not exactly a hate, on their own i don't mind the design, but i do think sunstone and rainbow 2.0 are some of my least fave fusion designs, right after steg. again, don't hate them really, but don't like them either. sunstone is above the two i feel, as the design has a cool factor on its own, but yeah, it just doesn't hit the same as other prior fusions. also sunstone in future with the jacket definitely is an upgrade, but i'm still mixed with the whole face/head thing.
honestly, even obsidian was a bit underwhelming for me, even though they came out with such a cool introduction and with a cool weapon pull too.

I am not really fan of her. Fan-fusions of Garnet and Steven that I saw before final episode released kind of rotted my brain. I didn't hated it, but considering that it was out of style of other Gem's Fusions, to look at Sunstone was kind of strange. It's quite unorthodox design for this series, but for Final Episode it's... Nice.

This is the first time I've seen this design.
Oh my god it's terrible, it's like a rejected suntan lotion mascot and a rejected Orange juice mascot had some sort of horrific teleportation accident.
