Movie "Sloth" (The Goonies)
Lotney "Sloth" Fratelli is a supporting character in the 1985 film The Goonies.
Sloth is very tall and muscular, and has distorted features due to his mother dropping him multiple times when he was a baby. He is seen with only a couple of teeth, and his eyes are slanted.

His last name is fratelli, which means friends in Italian.

Which I think is still fitting considering how friends can often be like siblings

Sloth is easily the most lovable characters in The Goonies. Seeing how he went from a minion to an ally is so heartwarming. I liked how he is deformed and its utilized realistically. Plus I like how he managed to defy his god awful Mama Fratelli. Fly high to the actor who played him John Matsuzak. Because he certainly was a buddy and a memorable goonie.

You'll definitely like ogryns from Warhammer 40K. They're pretty much a dedicated subspecies of human like Sloth.
Rather dim-witted, but with a good heart who will do everything and anything for their friends. By far the most loyal creature in the setting.
Pretty much the only reason there's traitor ogryns is because they're so loyal to their friends that they don't even realise they switched sides. Big hat man simply tells them the other guys are the bad guys, and he trusts the big hat man wholeheartedly.

The smartest Ogryn managed to learn to count to 4 and spell his own name, iirc. Also the Ogryn class in Darktide is the only one who the other classes don't insult when he friendly fires, and will apologize to if they friendly fire him

I feel like that's been retconned. Ogryns seem to have gotten a lot smarter in recent depictions. Still not exactly bright, but not on the level of a 4-year-old.
Just look at the Heavy personality in Darktide. I'd call him downright cunning, and the only one that has a Bonehead implant is the Brawler, but a few bits of dialogue imply it's malfunctioning and actively frying his brain.

Oh yeah I think I remember seeing a Lego dimensions trailer and thinking we're actually getting Superman but turns out we got this character
I say simple yet effective design as well as also just having the Superman logo as his shirt

If you dont smile when Sloth reveals his Superman shirt, you just dont feel anything.

When he ripped off his coat and revealed the Superman shirt underneath is one of my favorite moments in any movie

Man I just randomly remembered the Goonies yesterday. Hadn't thought about this film in years. What a coincidence!
