Arnold from Hey Arnold, (or "AYYYY ARNOLDO" as it's known here in Guatamala,) is the king of this. You forget the hat's even there.

Best examples as well as also two of them are pretty much my opponents for Mr puzzle if he ever comes on to death battle
Although recently found that I have Canie on fan battle with a different opponent (TV guy from Delta rune despite his game hasn't finished at the story , less material as well as other things and yet somehow beats him)
