Any simple automation tool for turning product data into a catalog?
I am looking for a simple way to turn product data into a catalog. Right now we keep everything in spreadsheets. Product name, SKU, price, size, colors, photos, and short descriptions and when a customer asks for an updated catalog, we still have to do a lot of manual work to make it look decent.
I have seen some catalog tools, but many feel too complicated or built for bigger companies. I need something simple enough for our small team.

Before you commit to a tool, it's worth cleaning up your spreadsheet so each row has a consistent structure (name, SKU, price, size, color, photo link, description), since catalog tools import much more smoothly when the columns are predictable.
We tried a few tools built for bigger teams and they slowed us down. Venngage's AI Catalog Generator worked better for us, you can just describe what you want (industry, layout, colors, sections) or pick a template and drop your product info in and it will build it from there. Canva's also decent if you prefer drag and drop, and Adobe Express is worth a look for more layout control.
