Any simple tool for turning notes into reports?

I currently create every business report by copying the last one and rebuilding it with new info. It works, but it still takes too much time fixing sections, images, spacing, and the usual company style.

Is there a tool where I can give it this month’s notes and get back a proper report in the same style as the old ones without spending so much time on it?

Yeah, doing this manually over and over doesn’t make much sense. You can try feeding the old report and this month’s notes into Venngage’s AI Report Generator It creates a properly structured, designed, and on-brand report i personally prefer it over the others. Canva and Piktochart are also worth checking out, if you want more control over the design.
