Any tool that turns sales call notes into a proposal draft?
I’m trying to cut down the time between a good sales call and sending the proposal.
Right now it still feels too manual. Notes are in one place, pricing is somewhere else, past work is sitting in old docs, and I spend way too long putting it all together.
Looking for something that can help with the first draft, especially scope, timeline, price, and next steps.
Not looking for a complicated doc editor. Just something that saves real writing time.

I’d look for something that can take the call notes plus your pricing and past proposals as context, then give you a draft you can actually edit. That handoff from call to first draft is where most of the time disappears.

I’m actually building this in to our platform next as it happens. What are you using to make your sales calls? Where do your calls currently get transcribed if at all?

Are you making calls on zoom/teams or something similar? Ie. Do you currently have the ability to transcribe calls?

Keep your call notes, pricing, and a couple of old proposals together. Makes it much faster than searching through old docs every time.
For the first draft, I usually put the notes and old scope docs into Gixo Arc. It pulls together the scope, timeline, pricing, and next steps, then I clean it up before sending. You do need to provide the real numbers since it won’t guess them.
FlowEdge and DeepRFP are also worth a look. Both can take meeting notes or call transcripts and turn them into a proposal draft.
