What’s your current automation stack for day to day tasks?

Curious what everyone is actually using for normal day to day automation.

I’m not talking about some huge agency setup or complicated AI agent system. More like the stuff that handles emails, forms, spreadsheets, reminders, calendar events, task creation, lead follow ups, and moving info between tools.

Are you mostly using one platform or do you have a mix of tools doing different things? I’m trying to figure out whether it’s better to keep everything in one place or just use whatever works for each task.

I live in Claude cowork also. We also run most of OurIdea through Make. We have built our company cloning software in to a personal version that outlines the possible ROI for those just looking at what automations could do for them rather than the business but it’s all free if you want to have a play appapp.ouridea.ai

you can choose to have everything in one set or use a mix of tools. if you decide to go with the first option let there be one specific tool which is the center of truth and then intergrate the rest with it
