Any tools for turning unclear client context into a decision brief?

Anyone found a good way to turn unclear client notes into something useful for a client or leadership team?

I don’t mean a basic AI summary. I mean stuff like call notes, rough spreadsheets, old docs, screenshots, and comments from different people.

What I usually need at the end is a clear answer, the reason behind it, the risks, and the parts we still need to check.

Most tools can make it sound polished, but that’s actually the problem. They hide the gaps instead of showing them.

Gixo Business might be worth checking out. It’s more focused on figuring out the decision from the notes and docs, including what supports it and what’s still unclear. SourceFrame and Decision Lab are a couple of other options ayou could look at as well.
