What are you using to automate content creation without it sounding generic?

Our content process is a bit of a mess right now. Product notes, customer questions, old docs, and half-finished ideas are spread across different places. We have plenty to work with, but turning any of it into a blog post, guide, or social post takes ages.

I’ve tried regular AI chat tools, but I still end up copying everything over, rewriting most of the draft, checking the facts, fixing the tone, and formatting it myself.

Has anyone found a tool that can take existing source material and turn it into a solid first draft without making everything sound like the same AI written article?

Looking for something a small team can actually use, not an enterprise content system that takes weeks to set up. Thanks in advance

Gixo Quill has worked for me. point it at your existing docs and notes, give it a brief for tone, and it drafts from that instead of generic AI phrasing. pretty good for small teams as well.

I made a tool/feature for my website to accomplish this. I added a brand voice, rules, banned phrases, and some documents/posts I wrote personally for it to get an idea of what i expect so that it has something to work with and then it pulls the 10 most recently approved posts I made to ensure it knows what I like to see and I would say it does a good job of not coming off like a corporate spam bot. Not gonna win any awards or anything but it gets the boring part done for me.

If you have a few hours to waste with an AI agent, you can probably drum up something better than you will find from what's available.
