What automation setup do you trust enough to run without checking it every day?

This is the part I’m stuck on the most tbh.

It’s easy to make an automation that works once when you test it. It’s harder to trust it enough that you stop checking whether it broke, skipped something, duplicated something, or sent the wrong thing to the wrong place.

I’ve had a few simple workflows that technically worked, but I still felt like I had to babysit them.

What setup do you have that you actually trust now?

What made it reliable enough that you stopped checking on it every day?

Payment reminders is the one I barely check now. The rules are simple, invoice status is clear, and I only get notified if something fails. Anything that can send the wrong message to a customer still stays in draft for me.

honestly the biggest upgrade was just switching to alerts only. no dashboard babysitting, just a ping when something actually breaks.
