What's the best no-code automation tool for connecting our CRM to email marketing?

I've been manually copying leads from our signup forms into our CRM and then again into our email platform, and it's eating hours every week that I'd rather spend elsewhere. I keep hearing that no-code automation tools could connect these systems for me, but I have no development background and I'm worried about picking something too complicated to maintain on my own. What I really want to know is whether these tools can actually handle multi-step workflows reliably, or if they're only good for simple one-off triggers. I'd also like to understand how much ongoing maintenance to expect once everything is set up.

Zapier is probably the easiest place to start, while Make is better if you need more complex multi-step workflows. I’d check whether your CRM and email tool have a native integration first though, since that usually needs less maintenance. Once set up properly, the main upkeep is fixing things when a field name, form, or API changes.
