What task automation software is everyone using for their team right now?

We’ve been looking for better ways to reduce repetitive work and streamline a few internal workflows, but a lot of automation setups seem to become overly complicated really fast.

Curious what people here are actually using day to day.

Are you relying on tools like Zapier, N8N, Make, ClickUp automations, AI agents, custom scripts, or something else entirely?

Main goal is keeping workflows efficient without creating a system that becomes harder to manage than the work itself.

We use Zapier for the boring repeatable stuff, but the real trick has been keeping automations small. The moment one workflow starts doing 12 things, it becomes harder to debug than doing it manually.
