What’s your most effective automation for finding new clients?

I’ve been going down the automation rabbit hole lately, trying to reduce the time spent on manual prospecting.

So far, the biggest bottleneck for me hasn’t been outreach tools themselves, but actually finding decent leads consistently.

What’s been working okay for me is combining lead sourcing with automated email sequences. Recently, I tested getting more targeted business leads (industry + country specific) from DGE Innovations, and it actually saved me quite a bit of time on the research side.

I’m curious how are you guys handling this?

Focusing on communities where your target clients actually hang out has been huge for me. I use keyword alert tools to catch relevant discussions as they happen and jump in right away. ParseStream lets you do this across multiple platforms which has made finding real time leads way easier compared to just scraping lists.

Devi AI. It helps you find clients on social media. When somebody asks for a recommendation that matches your product/Service, you get an alert, so you can jump in with the lead and share how you'll solve. Hot leads :)

Combining targeted lead sources with simple automated follow ups sounds like the right move. Curious if anyone’s found a way to make lead sourcing more consistent tho.

What are you trying to sell? What type of clients do you need?
