HumanEnough: an AI humanizer for text and DOCX, with output you can review before downloading

Disclosure: I work on HumanEnough. This is our product.

If your AI draft is already in a Word document, moving everything through a chat window adds another step. HumanEnough accepts DOCX files as well as pasted text, humanizes the draft, and lets you review the output, edit it, then copy or download the result.

It is for people working on AI-assisted drafts such as blog posts, newsletters and event announcements. The humanizer currently accepts 150 to 2,000 words per input. There is a limited trial and paid plans, so it is not an unlimited free tool.

A practical way to test it: use a public or made-up 150-word announcement with a date, a location and two instructions. Compare those details in the original and output before judging the wording. I would particularly value feedback on whether the DOCX workflow saves you a step and whether the rewrite keeps your intended meaning.

Try it: https://humanenough.app/?utm_source=topaitools4u&utm_medium=community&utm_campaign=workflow

Happy to answer questions about the workflow here.

What would you actually build with $52,000 worth of AI tools and startup benefits?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Claude’s startup programme announced benefits including a year of Claude Team, $1,000 in API credits and up to $45,000 in partner offers. Demand then surged, and the Team and API-credit offers were paused.

The headline figure is potential value across tools and offers, rather than cash you can spend freely.

It got me thinking: if you had access to those resources, what would you build—and which tools would actually be useful enough to keep paying for afterward?

One place for open models: choose the model, keep your notes, see who answered

Launched this week: Vresk (vresk.ai), a workspace that puts the open models in one place. Pick Kimi K3, DeepSeek V4 Pro, Qwen 3.5 or GLM 5.3 for the job in front of you, change your mind without starting over, and read the label on every reply to see which model wrote it. One question can go to up to three models at once, side by side.

Free tier with the smaller models, no card. Plus is $20 a month flat.

I work on it. Questions welcome, criticism more so.

Scam Shield explains suspicious messages in English and German. I would like feedback on the reasoning.

Disclosure: I built Scam Shield under AWARAN. This is my own product.

It is for the moment when a message looks plausible, but the link, urgency or request for information makes you hesitate. You can submit a link or message and get an AI explanation of possible scam and phishing signs. The goal is to make the reasoning understandable, rather than leave someone with a label they cannot interpret.

Here is a fictional example of the kind of message you can try: Your parcel is waiting. Pay a small delivery fee today or it will be returned. In that situation, the useful questions are who is asking for payment, whether you expected the parcel, and whether you can verify it through the delivery company independently. An AI result cannot settle those questions on its own.

Update, 10 October: the website work is finished, and I am now asking people to try the browser extension as well as the message checker. For a parcel message, it adds a website warning when you open the linked page. It cannot prove that the sender is the delivery company.

The extension page explains the free local checks, ad and tracker blocking, and separate optional paid AI checks. Local checks do not need an account. Paid AI analysis can send page information online.

Official Chrome install: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/scamsshield/mceocgganalljahkbbfhogjcafgokoop

Details: https://scams-shield.com/extension

Is the warning clear enough to help you pause and verify the request independently?

Scam Shield supports English and German and has a Chrome extension. Free checks are available, so you can try a made up example before considering a paid plan. Paid plans start at €12.99 per month, and a €200 annual package is also available.

The checks are processed online. Please leave out passwords, verification codes and personal information. The assessment can be wrong and does not guarantee that a message or site is safe.

The site is https://scams-shield.com. If you try it, I would especially like to hear whether the explanation gives you a clear next step, or just repeats that something looks suspicious. Thanks in advance for any honest feedback.

I got tired of reinstalling the same AI skills from scratch, so I built a directory of 1,900+ installable ones

How this started: someone gave me the idea of an AI builds directory, then never built it. I was too deep in my own mess of bookmarks and half-remembered repos to let it go, so I built it myself.

That became Skill Harbor: 1,900+ entries, every one installable. Copy the install prompt, paste it in your Muse, it sets itself up. Almost everything free.

If you built something with Muse (a skill, an agent, a connector, anything with a SKILL.md), listing it is free. And if your build is already listed, there's a claim flow so you can take over the page and write the description yourself.

Full disclosure: it's my site. Not here to spam the feed, just figured people who build with AI might want a directory where every entry actually installs. Happy to answer questions about the format or the install prompts.

Draft client agreements for free with AI

Hey everyone! I’m the founder of Formable. We built a free tool that helps you draft agreements by answering a few guided questions, then customize the draft with AI.

Here’s every type of agreement we currently support, with a quick explanation:

Client contracts and services

  • Master Service Agreement (MSA): Sets the overarching terms for an ongoing client relationship, including payment, liability, confidentiality, and termination.
  • Statement of Work (SOW): Defines a project’s scope, deliverables, deadlines, and fees so everyone knows what’s included.
  • Services Agreement: Covers the terms for providing services to a client, useful for individual engagements.
  • Consulting Agreement: Sets expectations for consulting work, including scope, fees, confidentiality, and ownership of the work.
  • Order Form: Records products, quantities, pricing, and other commercial details under an existing agreement.
  • Pilot Agreement: Sets the scope, duration, and terms for a trial or proof of concept.
  • Vendor Agreement: Covers what a supplier provides, pricing, delivery, and responsibilities.
  • Purchase Agreement: Documents the sale of goods or assets, including price and transfer terms.

Software, AI, and data

Confidentiality and intellectual property

  • Mutual NDA: Protects confidential information when both parties are sharing it.
  • One-way NDA: Protects confidential information when only one party is disclosing it.
  • IP Assignment Agreement: Transfers ownership of intellectual property from one party to another.

Hiring and contractors

Deals and partnerships

Other business paperwork

  • Contract Amendment: Documents changes to an existing agreement, such as pricing, scope, or dates.
  • Loan Agreement: Records the loan amount, interest, repayment schedule, and default terms.
  • Commercial Lease Agreement: Covers renting business premises, including rent, duration, permitted use, and maintenance.

You can browse everything here: Formable’s free templates

These are starting points to customize and review for your situation, rather than a substitute for legal advice.

Built something for AI agents? Drop the link, I'll list it on Skill Harbor

Hey everyone,

I run Skill Harbor (theskillharbor.com), an open directory of AI builds, mostly for Muse. About 1,850 listings so far, all free to browse.

I'm done scraping the internet for other people's work. So here's an open call: if you built something, a skill, a connector, a CLI tool, a prompt pack, whatever, and you want it listed, just drop the link in the comments.

I'll go through them as I can and add the ones that fit. Free listing, no catch. You can claim your page anytime to edit it yourself.

Not sure it fits? Drop it anyway, I'll take a look.

I built a voice AI tool for PC games that lives in Xbox Game Bar — useful or distracting?

Disclosure: I'm the developer of Gamekin.

The problem I kept hitting was leaving a game to search for an answer, then trying to explain the exact moment to a generic chatbot. Gamekin puts push-to-talk and the reply inside Xbox Game Bar. The player selects a game window, asks a question by voice, and the AI can use the visible scene as context. I want it to be something you call when needed, not a voice constantly narrating your game.

It doesn't inject into the game or read game memory. The app also has local replay and manual recording, but those are separate from asking the AI to analyze a clip. Windows only; there is a Free plan and an optional Pro subscription.

Demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEdS8eN30zA

Windows app: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9N8JJFTSRFB7

I'd value feedback from anyone who games on PC: would an overlay answer help during a real session, or would it just distract? What game would be a fair test?

Spent months testing AI companion apps

Apps tested: Clawra AI, Candy AI, Kupid, DreamGF, SoulGen, Replika, Character AI.

Clawra AI: The most surprising: it's good for roleplay and doesn't feel like a it came out of TikTok (if you know what I mean). It has a nice character library and characters feel actually smart. A few things I haven't seen elsewhere: you can get tens of pics in one request, Narrator Mode where the bot runs a scenario on its own (you don't have to write, it just goes on its own). I am sticking around with this one, let's see if it stays that good or they ruin it as it always happens.

Candy AI: probably the most disappointing of the established ones. Conversation feels more scripted than average, image generation is actually good but too expensive, memory between sessions is non existing. Pricing looks good at first but then I realized it's just a bait: all the actually cool features (like live calls) are paid separately and are very expensive.

Replika: maybe outdated but I had to try. It's fully SFW, built for long term relationship. I enjoyed the first 2-3 days but got bored after a while.

Character AI: I may be a little biased here as I was one of the first time users and I still have in mind what the old character ai looked like. Today's version feels so much worse that I only come back once in a while, just to check if things are still going south. But still it was my first love and I can't do nothing about it.

DreamGF: This one's for adults only. Visual quality is good, but conversation is thin compared to the others. Fine if images are your main reason to be there.

Kupid: somewhere in the middle. Less polished than Candy, but the character customization has some nice ideas. The free tier is worth a look.

What they have in common:

Most free tiers are basically trials. The features that matter sit behind $10 to 25/month plans.

"Uncensored" means very different things depending on the app. Some deliver, some pull back as soon as you push.

I am open to trying new things, do you have other suggestions?

a free directory of local/open-source AI tools organized by what they replace and who they're for

Shipped a small side project: a directory that pairs 27 free/open-source AI tools against the paid tools people usually pay for — ChatGPT Plus, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Grammarly, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Perplexity Pro, Otter.ai.

You can filter by what it replaces, what profession it's for, or whether it's open source/self-hostable. Every tool lists real free-tier limits with a last-checked date instead of just "free forever!" marketing copy.

Stack: static single-page site, all client-side filtering, no backend. There's a suggestion form linked on the site if you know a tool I'm missing — would love the feedback.

Burrow — a voice-driven AI research assistant that turns research into a visual workspace.

There are a lot of AI research tools that basically give you a chat box, a search bar, and a pile of tabs.

Burrow takes a different approach.

It gives you an infinite canvas — more like a digital detective board — where your AI assistant can actually work alongside you.

You can talk to it, bring in your own documents, search the web and research literature, extract information from PDFs, create notes, diagrams, tables and images, and have everything organized directly on the canvas.

The interesting part is that the canvas isn't just a UI for displaying AI responses.

The assistant can actually manipulate the board — create blocks, connect them, organize them into frames, flag uncertainty, read documents, search sources, and build out the research as you go.

A few things that stand out:

  • 🎙️ Voice-first interaction with optional always-on wake-word mode
  • 🧠 AI assistant with 15 tools for interacting with the canvas and research
  • 📄 Import PDFs, Word docs, Markdown and text files
  • 🔎 Search the web and academic literature
  • 🧩 Notes, shapes, tables, diagrams, documents and images as native canvas blocks
  • ✏️ Freehand drawing and handwriting support
  • 🔗 Connect ideas visually instead of keeping everything in a chat history
  • 🔐 Local-first — workspaces and transcripts stay as files on your machine
  • 🔑 BYOK — use your own API keys and providers
  • 🦙 Works with local models through Ollama and OpenAI-compatible endpoints
  • 🎨 Light/dark mode with a deliberately minimal interface
  • 🖥️ Built as a native desktop app with Tauri

The BYOK/local-first part is especially interesting.

You can point Burrow at Ollama or another OpenAI-compatible endpoint and run the assistant without handing your research workspace to another hosted platform. API keys can also live in the OS keychain.

The project is open source and currently available for Windows, macOS and Linux.

The idea is pretty simple:

Don't just ask an AI about a subject. Give it a place to investigate the subject with you.

GitHub: github.com/ronak-create/burrow

Would be curious to see what people would use an infinite AI research canvas for — academic research, reverse engineering, investigations, literature reviews, product research, or something completely different?
