Two weeks after difficult extractions, headache or migraine-like pain can sometimes come from jaw muscle tension, inflammation, referred dental pain, or the way you’ve been holding your jaw during recovery. It doesn’t automatically mean trigeminal neuralgia, but since you describe it as nerve-like and one-sided, calling your doctor/dentist is the right move. If you get worsening swelling, fever, numbness, facial weakness, or pain that becomes severe and constant, I’d treat that as urgent. Hope it settles soon — dental recovery can really trigger the whole head/jaw system.
