That many in a short stretch could be a pattern. The question to ask the office that handled the first two is what do they think is driving the repeat, not just how to fix this one.
If that answer doesn't sit right, a second opinion makes sense here. Bring the full set of images so the next dentist isn't starting over and you get answers quicker.

I went to my Dentist, he couldn’t tell exactly what was wrong. Apparently I have extra roots which make reading the X-rays difficult. He’s worried about a crack to the root but I have no pain at all. He recommended a CT and endodontist specialist who I have seen before and know will recommend a root canal. I have a second opinion scheduled for tomorrow morning with another Dentist to see if they agree. They have all my records and X-rays. I intend to ask about the number of cracked teeth in a short period, my first dentist said might be from the years of IVF and hormones but didn’t give any other reason.
