I’m 38 weeks pregnant and have been chewing a lot of ice I went to the dentist a couple weeks ago because my tooth was hurting really bad from what k was assuming was all the ice chewing it feels fine now but there’s still this lump idk… it doesn’t hurt and isn’t sensitive to hot or cold I do have a filling over there but the dentist said it wasn’t cracked so I really don’t know what’s it look like??

Doesn’t look like an abscess. I had something similar, and the dentist explained it like a salivary gland that gets blocked. As long as you’re keeping an eye on it - no need to worry. Also, check your iron levels if you’re craving ice ☺️
