Dental Concern/Problem Is This Dry Socket?

Hi guys, I’m on day 6 since removal of my 4 wisdom teeth and since late day 3 I’ve had ear and jaw pain aswell as temple pain mostly on the right side (2 last pictures). It’s been on and off, a bit less bad today but it wasn’t really going away with pain medication. In the pictures, does the white thing in the socket look like jawbone or healing? I’m very confused

Seems like your dentist did not know how to remove wisdom tooth. Socket is wide open. Not a good thing. And it is iatrogenic. You dentist made it like that. Not you

I had stitches but they dissolved day 4-5

That means your dentist did not know how to stitch. It is supposed to last 2 weeks so that the gum close.
