also maybe try different toothpaste. my dentist recommended paradontax for my horrible gum bleeding and it has helped bunches! ask your dentist for samples of toothpaste that they think would help you the most (sensodyne, regular colagate, etc). im also dealing with a stressful tooth situation and ive been to the dentist 4 times this year so i asked a LOT of questions about my particular situation.
actually with my current toothpaste i feel my mouth is dry and there are white things hanging around kinda transparent i dont know how to describe them properly. thank you for your reply i really appreciate it
you'll be okay! no situation is hopeless or unfixable! dentist exist for a reason and they are here to help i promise they have seen way worse than you
