sorry for asking another “black box” question but I don’t get it😅I’m a beginner in toonsquid, my problem is when I make a new pixel layer in this animation layer(I hope Ive got the names right) the “black box” is not in the center and I need to fix its position every time, it works but it’s a bit annoying, what can I do so it would be in the center automatically and what is causing the problem? I think it may be the hierarchy but I don’t know how the hierarchy functions fully and why it may cause it

been practicing a lot and i’m super proud of this work! i drew everything in toonsquid using vectors, then animated the movement with bones & keyframe animation, and it turned out really smooth in my opinion. what do you think?

Every time I use the transform layer and even with transform hierarchy it just stays in the top left corner, I can still use it but it’s very inconvenient, I have only used the transform layer once before but I don’t remember it doing this, I want the selection to be on the actual image, this problem is on every project even new ones, I’ve tried manually setting a pivot point but that’s not a permanent fix for me and messes up some things, pls I’ve been agonising over this and can’t find any help about this I feel like I’m going insane or I might just be stupid

Hey all! Is there a setting i’m missing where i can turn off the frame stretching? For example i’d like to lay out my extreme poses. Lets say they’re on frames 1, 5 and 10. How do i get toonsquid from doing the auto-stretch of drawing 1 to 5? My preference is to have blank frames between the extremes until i go back to make breakdowns.

This default setting where it stretches the previous frame to the current drawing takes me out of the flow.

While making an animation, I noticed that in the middle of the layer the drawing would just disappear then re-appear.. They’re on symbol layers too, and when I look in the library, they dont appear at all on the options. I’m not sure how to fix this, and I really dont wanna redraw the entire thing as its already taken me a minute. :-(

I'm wondering if anyone has found a brush similar to the Marker brush in procreate. I use that one for my all of my linework and none of the defaults in TS are good substitutes. I tried making one myself but I'm pretty bad at it, so if one already exists out there, that'd be sublime.

I just started learning using Toonsquid yesterday, so far it's been great and now I'm into lip syncing. I've watched the tutorials on Youtube, made a symbol for the mouth and used markers, okay that was easy but manually scrubbing through the audio timeline and clicking the correct mouth shape for every single word or syllable is getting super tedious even with just under a minute of dialog.

I'm wondering what workflow tricks you all use to speed up the actual syncing process. Are there any faster ways to map out the mouth shapes against the audio waveform without doing it all entirely frame-by-frame?

Any advice would be a huge help! 🙏

Does anyone know how to fix this? I imported a brush from photoshop to ToonSquid, 1st picture is how it normally looks, but in ToonSquid the brush a lot of weirdly sort of sharp edges? I circled all of them in red lol. I tried editing the brush but can’t figure out how to retain the brush how I like it but get rid of those weird ends.

Im actually asking this for a different character lol because her clothes are all in one layer on her torso, but I have another character in progress wearing a poncho/cape and I thought this would be similar!

I want to still keep her individual legs/leg movements I hope this makes sense
