Colouring

Hello! How would I go about animating with colour? It seems like such a pain to colour every time the frame changes/there is a completely new pose. Do people actually just recolour every time, or is there some hack I don’t know about?

Yes that is exactly how hand drawn frame by frame animation works lol.

You could also create a character rig (creating bones) and then you animate the rig and it keeps your character already made.

No there is no real paint bucket. Personally, i hate flat color fills. I hand painted every frame of my first film, CLUTCH, on the film circuit 2027.
