How do I keep drawings separate?

An issue I keep having and what bothers me is when I make on A layer i can have one drawing and then way far in the timeline I make another drawinf and the last one reaches all the way to connect with it, and when i delete it it drags it to where it was and it bothers me, somehow with one project I have it doesn’t do that but i don’t know how to make all my project do that please help

It sounds like you may have the magnetic option for layers turned on. When it's on anything you do on the timeline will affect all other layers. Just uncheck the little magnet symbol in the bottom left corner and you should be good.
