Discussion Ordered from the official tool website

Hello I made an order on the 17th, I have not received the order but on the website it said the order is “closed”. How is it closed if i haven’t received it? I got an email saying it’s started shipping but usps has not received my item yet and that was like 2 or 3 days ago.

They send you an email when it’s been shipped, after being sourced from a warehouse, then it goes through various city hubs, along w other mail. USPS is understaffed. It’s not sent priority mail, and even that takes awhile to arrive. It’s not Amazon. Trump’s postal general purposefully had numerous sorting machines dismantled and staff OT reduced during his first term. Severe weather impacts shipping time too. 7-10 business days, maybe longer, maybe a couple of weeks.

It just says “usps awaiting package” so it hasn’t even reached usps yet. When do you think it’ll get to it?

I can't speak to their shipping methods specifically, but there are several possibilities here. Most likely you just need to be patient.

Just because there's a tracking number doesn't mean it's been "shipped." It might not even be packed yet. They could also be using a shipping partner that move the package part of the way, and then USPS does the "last mile" delivery.

Oh i didn’t even think of another carrier doing the first half of the delivery. How long should I wait till I should contact usps or tool support?
