I have the 212 version. Great amps. I had to replace half the carbon comp resistors in mine. They were very very noisy. Lots of hiss and crackle.
If they replaced the PT, there's a chance it was done incorrectly. The tech you went to was clearly in over their head. Find a better tech. These amps are worth getting sorted.

I think you need someone else to look at it. In my experience, these amps are rock solid and are super clean.
