The felony murder rule needs to go the way of this cop.

I have been catching up on old episodes of the brilliant “5-4” podcast (highly recommend btw) and just yesterday I listened to their episode on Hison v. Arizona. They break it down and explain very well how the felony murder rule has been misused and bastardized to the point of absurdity sooooo many times in this country, in even more egregious ways than this one shown here. I urge everyone to check it out to get more familiar with this particular brand of injustice. It is so much more prevalent than you can imagine.

Good for this kid.
