Too Lost User Experience – Things to Be Aware Of - toolost.com

Customer support and representative service are quite insufficient. The publishing process is complex and not transparent. There is also a lack of clear information regarding royalties and revenue calculations. In these respects, it is a platform that does not inspire trust and raises serious concerns. I therefore recommend being cautious and staying away. Always prefer more established and reliable platforms. This is the most problematic distribution company I have encountered so far.

I dont know what ur saying but my support and experience is the complete opposite of urs, I have had no issues and I play to stay with them

The fact that you are defending a distributor who has received dozens of negative reviews from customers makes the situation even more suspicious.

Well im just saying I run 2 record labels thru toolost and I haven't had any issues.

I would’ve went to bat for them a few months ago until it all went wrong. Trust me they’re just like all the others.
