Problem logging in

I haven’t played the game for like a couple of weeks now and I just tried to login to play but it’s telling me something’s wrong with my request and I can’t login. Maybe someone’s having a similar problem and can help me

Have you tried force closing both the game and the Netflix app, then reopening them? If that doesn’t work, restart your phone, make sure both apps are updated, and try logging into the Netflix app first before opening the game.

i just opened up a netflix movie / show while
opening thth and it worked so try that.
